Cullen Bay

Earlier I was working on my boat at the Cullen Bay marina in Darwin city. I am rewiring most of the electronics at the moment.

I wonder why they call this time of the year 'the wet season'.

The temperature and humidity are typically high for the time of year in Darwin. Days will average 32 degrees and the nights about 28.

While it never reaches very high temperatures, the humidity hovers around 85%. This is what makes it so uncomfortable.

However, when it is raining it is very nice to be on the boat. I can go below decks, do a little work, make coffee, watch TV or just relax.
