After shaping the new sheet of 21mm marine plywood, I bedded it down on stainless steel rails using marine mastic (Sikaflex), then bolted it down and commenced bonding the new sole with epoxy.
I built the epoxy to the required thickness through successive layers of 'filleting' and then sanded and smoothed the completed structural work.
