Japan
This is a boring photograph. But it signifies a very exciting event. I am going to Japan again to see my darling girl. I have booked and paid for my flight and insurance and will travel at the end of March.
We will stay in the same hotel in Osaka, near Kansai airport, before going to Otsu for two weeks.
After working as hard as I have needed to for the past four decades, it is time for a break. There is sailing to be done, a book to be written, beer to be quaffed and places to visit.
My boat is ready to go, I am studying Japanese language, amongst other things and I have developed a reputation for effectively teaching didgeridoo.
What greater honour could be awarded than to have aboriginal people now coming to me for didgeridoo instruction.
I swim, I cycle, I play squash, I learn, I play, I have the occasional beer and I blow a mean didge.
And....For reasons which I cannot fathom, めろぢ seems to think I am a wonderful bloke.
Can't whinge!
