Sails

For the last week, I have been spending time in the boat's engine room. I am rewiring the 12v electricity distribution board. The engine room has little in the way of ventilation and is hot, cramped and dirty.

I should finish re-wiring later this week. Then I will clean the engine room of all the soot and oil which have built up over the period prior to me buying the boat. Then, I can re-gas the refrigeration system, service and clean the hot water system and that will end my engine room duties....except for routine maintenance.

I spread out the sails on my lawn last week. The one above is the second largest. I have a large garden and it is difficult to understand the size of this sail without knowing the size of the area in which it is lying.
